For vaginal sex:

• put the lube in an around the vaginal opening
• you can use fingers for this 
• start on the outside and work your way in
• try to get as much inside as you do outside
• it may also prove effective to put a little lube on the shaft/tip of the penis before penetration
• remember that the lube you apply will be added to by the natural lubricants that come from vagina arousal

For anal sex:

• apply lube to outside and inside of the butthole
• but for goDS SAKE PUT MORE ON THE INSIDE
• seriously. the vagina makes its own lube, assholes DO NOT. its dry as hell in there. U NEED DA LUBE. 
• use your fingers to apply the lubricant, taking care to stretch the anus with your fingers as you apply lube.
• Ive been told that, depending on dick size, you should be able to slide in 3 lubricated fingers easily before penis penetration
• apply lube to the penis (or…whatever you are using) before penetration

For both anal and vagina sex:

• USE AS MUCH LUBE AS YOU WANT
• SERIOUSLY THERE IS NEVER TOO MUCH LUBE
