Take a coin and decide who is heads and who is tails. Flip the coin, and whoever's side is up receives oral for 1 minute. Three flips to the same person in a row and the third flip is 1 minute of intercourse. Its a load of fun. You could totally use a die instead of a coin if you've got a group session going.
